Excessive wait time for product

I ordered a shotgun in November of 2020. I have yet to receive it. My response was wait longer. I finally decided to contact Turners and another complaint avenue to address my issue. The owner of Turners finally called me and offered to cancel my order, or give me some of my deposit back and continue to wait.
