I ordered replacement windows and doors on May 23, 2014. Two of the doors were special order doors. The storm I ordered was to have the screen on top to prevent dogs and children from tearing it up. The installation took place in July, which I can understand because of the special order door. I allowed Window World to utilize the dumpster I had in my drive way to discard the old windows, except for the aluminum storm windows, which one of the installers took to recycle for money. I went to check the work and found that my special order storm door had been made incorrectly, the screen was on the bottom where it would be damaged very easily. I told the installer/salesman this and he noted that I was correct, he stated he would get it fixed. Today, 11-14-14 I finally have the correct door, after multiple calls on my part to the company to find out what was going on. They kept telling me with each conversation that they would be in contact with me, but this never happened unless I called them. I even spoke to the manager, who assured me that he would get back to me, I have yet to hear from him!! I would never recommend this company to another person based on their service and reliablity.
