Experienced shedding in the first 6 weeks and was told we were out of the exchange period. Website says to expect shedding but it will stop in 3-6 months. Fast forward 6 months and it's worse than ever - if we get too close to the rug, we are covered in sharp fibers and they get into our throat - horrible and potentially dangerous.
