dates: 10/27/17-10/30/17 Was disappointed at the room price for my stay, ($184.00 per night plus $23.92 per night occupancy tax, total of $207.92 per night). The room had one KS bed and a hide-a-bed that was very uncomfortable, the bathroom fan did not work and there was a foul sewer smell throughout the second floor for most of the second day. This same room can be booked right now for less than half that price, probably because there are no major events going on in the near future. I can see charging more for rooms during events but more than doubling the price is a little over the top, especially for a basic room. Would also like to know what the "occupancy tax" is and who benefits from it? No problems from the staff, they were friendly and helpful.
