Excessive, harassing telemarketing calls

Simply Comfort has called my home now for a month, never leaving a message or name and calls before 9am and up till 9pm. I have called multiple times to complain and request they stop calling and remove my number. Each time I am reassured this will be done and it never is. I called again today for the last time. I requested to speak with a manager and again was told the managers were in a meeting and not available. I requested to speak to the retention dept but was told they didn't have such a dept, obviously the customer service person had no idea what retention meant. I refused to except their standard line "we'll look after this" and demanded to speak to someone in management now! I got another incompetent person who gave me the same standard line they will stop calling my home. I informed this person I am tired of the excessive telemarketing calls and demanded they stop today. SIMPLY COMFORT HOME SERVICES is not a professionally run company and they are not ever going to get my business now! I blocked their number but it still rings twice before disconnecting. I am fed up with them and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company.
