EXCESSIVE FEES AND POOR DISCLOSURE ON THEIR PRICING

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE AND RETURNED ALL CALLS - HOWEVER VERY POOR DISCLOSURE ON PRICING AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT- YOU ARE PAYING $600 FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD COST $225. THEY FEE YOU TO DEATH ON EVERY ITEM AND DO NOT REALLY DISPLAY PROPERLY THEIR PRICING. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING- BUT TO HIDE THE FEES AND REALLY NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO EXECUTION IS BAD BUSINESS. AT LEAST LET ME MAKE THE CHOICE. WHEN CHALLENGED ON THIS, THEY ACQUIESCED AND THEN STARTED TO REFUND THINGS BACK. IT IS CLEAR THEY KNOW THEY FEE THE CUSTOMER TO DEATH. WHAT A BUSINESS. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AS THEIR APPROACH IS TOO SNEAKY FOR ME
