Excess speeding
At 4:25pm today a ups driver zoomed down El Toro Dr. In Hacienda Heights. At least 50 mph. Went and called no. To complain about driver and there is no such thing. I even have a children at play sign on corner. You have tracking. Use it!!!!!!! I'm in a power chair myself. I would have been gone!!!!!@
