Jack Metzer VW in Danville, PA is an excellent dealership. I have done business with them for over twenty years and think whomever calls themselves anonymous from Rochester is a competitor of Jack Metzer VW trying to damage the reputation of the dealership. I can tell you from knowing both Jack and Bob Metzer that these people are very respectful of everyone who walks into their dealership, even salespeople. So I seriously doubt they talked to a customer the way it was described in the review from Anonymous in Rochester. Jack Metzer started as only a Ford Dealer. Based on his excellent record with Ford, VW gave him the franchise. Most recently Jack Metzer also won the Volvo Franchise from a Williamsport dealer. I know other dealers competed for the Volvo Franchise. But Volvo chose Jack Metzer. I think that says something.
