I rented a FIAT 500L from Green Motion for 10 days in July 2018 at Bergamo Airport. The car was pretty new, only a couple of 1000 km on the teller. The car was very clean. The service at check in and check out was excellent. At both occasions the was inspected together with me and the agent. We checked and marked together all little scratches. When returning the car they made no difficulties. The amount blocked on my credit card was released within 3 days after my return. Service was fast and no queues! Also the price was very attractive. So I would not hesitate to use Green Motion again in Italy. I suppose you can not always compare services of these companies between countries.
