I am posting this complaint because I was looking for reviews of Lasting Impressions Foam and I stumbled across a few complaints here about the company. I just have to voice my opinion so that you people understand that this company is great, not bad like those complaints said. The first thing you'll notice when reading the other complaints about Lasting Impressions Foam is that they are very poorly worded and their use of spelling and grammar is atrocious. I'm not normally such a nitpick with such things but it does shed some light on the level of maturity of the individuals who posted them. Not only are their complaints poorly written with bad grammar and spelling but also they use a lot of vulgar words and cursing! This is not what you look for in a legitimate review of a website!! I have personally purchased a mattress from Lasting Impressions Foam and I couldn't be happier. Compared to the competition they are #1 as far as quality and price. I purchased my mattress back in 2009 and have had a pleasure communicating with them over the phone and via e-mail about new products ever since!! They even went out of their way to contact me when I made my order because I messed up the shipping address. They fixed it on their time and made sure I understood what was going on over the phone. Have you ever tried to get a hold of the customer service department of any of these big websites? (http://www.facebook.com / http://www.google.com / etc ) It's impossible! You have to respect the level of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by this company and I am appalled that someone would log in a complaint at complaintsboard with bogus information, vulgar words, and a level of maturity not surpassing that of a child. And for what? Only to trash a company's good name. So I want to set the record straight right now for all of you to see. Lasting Impressions Foam is a company that delivers good products at great prices and they really genuinely care about their clients. This company should be commended for excellence, not trashed in a hurtful fashion. I hope you take the time to read my complaint because unlike the other complaints about Lasting Impressions Foam this one is 100% honest. Thank you, Cliff
