Hes creative( his team placed a circular stairway perfectly fitting the new plan), responds easily to changes in plans(eagerly agreed with removing a 1/2 wall between the kitchen & diningroom opening the small rooms), & just now, 1 1/2 years later came to touch up a Juliet window spot after the warranty was out. What more could a client ask for?!
