I dont know what this person is talking about but I have nothing but excellent dogs from Ms. Rustman. My puppy I bought from her had proof of shots, proof of worming and physicals. She was super nice and made sure everything I needed was on state papers for my dog. She even had a guide on how to train the puppy. If you dont like they way she plans things then go to a different breeder. She makes sure that all her puppies are safe. And if I were her I would to!!!
