Dear Sir, This is to bring to your knowledge about the mis-selling of your partner and his employees. On 09 Sep around 7 pm, a person named IRTAZA - [protected] had sold me a Beginner 20 hours course in 3864 AED mentioning that 3 TRIALS, 3 ATTEMPTS will be free being a new institute. He also promised that you will be getting a message from RTA tonight for the confirmation. I asked him several times in front of his representatives around him but he committed this to me again and again. He said this offer is valid for today only against which he pressured me to Pay 110 AED via Receipt no. 13763 on the spot without checking about the company background and credibility. He also stated that I am an employee of the company and the Manager of this whole group. Today early morning being the first day of the week, I tried contacting Granton on [protected] but the number does not exist where I had a doubt. Then I called the representative but he did not pick and thereafter I had to call the customer care desk on [protected] where I narrated the whole episode and got to know that there is no such offer. They specifically mentioned that this is a ONE time option only else you have to pay again. People like this spoil the image of the company and allow you not to trust people. Money is something which comes and goes but Trust is something which once gone never comes back which has been done for your company in my image and may be several whom I will narrate this story. Need a solution to either honor the commitment or Refund along with Penalty. Regards Aman Singhania
