EXASPERATED

I received one shipment which I ordered and paid for then they sent me another one which I did not ask for and did not want they eventually refunded me but then charged me for another one which I didn't get when I rang they said it was payment for the first one as there were 2 instalment but i don't recollect any instalments being mentioned in the promotion on the net I hang up in desperation!!!!
