I recently took over the billing duties at my company which I have worked at for 30 years. I received a phone call from Entrust &;;;;; the "REP" told me that we had to re-up our contract ASAP because our contract was running out with them and that if we didn't they could raise our electric price per Kwh as high as the chose and we could be penalized an extra fee. I called the company that owned the lines & meters. They told me that ENTRUST was completely full of it & that this was an illegal pressure tactic. They have since lost our business and we are signed up with another reputable company. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS!
