Everything messed up, wasn’t shipped on time after an attempt to cancel.
The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. First, whatever that beat/ music is is annoying as can be. This is to get you to hang up. If you remain on hold no one ever picks up! After 20 minutes they hang up on you, and the entire time there's no info letting you know where you are in the queue like with Fragrancenet. They must have less people working there.
