Everything is terrible about that place

Our insurance offers 2 options on coverages for fillings. Of course when we went in and my husband needed a filling we were not told what our options were. We were just handed a sheet and told "This is what you owe." We should have questioned it further, but we trusted them and paid what we were told we needed to pay. Later I call our plan to see if the copay was accurate, and I was told that we could have had the filling done with silver filling at no cost to us. That should have been communicated to us before the work was performed, but it wasn't. They confirmed/admitted they didn't tell us, but they didn't really care. I forgot to mention, on our first visit we were rescheduled after only having our x-rays done because the dentist was running so far behind. I think they saw us as the easy ones to turn away because we were a husband and wife together with 2 appointments, so they only had to explain to us once and bam, 2 people off their schedule, vs having to explain to 2 different people the same story when you know they're not going to be happy about it. We weren't happy about it because we have a toddler that we had to arrange childcare for. Reading some of these other reviews almost makes me feel thankful that we were only out the $45, when it could have been much worse. Lesson learned, never go back there. When I called Customer Service, they don't really seem to care either. I'm sure they are overwhelmed with complaints and mine was just one of hundreds they have to deal with on a weekly basis. User's recommendation: I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for dental services.
