I am staying at the Motel 6 in Naperville, Illinois. I am to say the least very disappointed with Motel 6 in general. I came for a 7 day stay visiting relatives and business. Today is my 5th day here. I asked the front desk if they can make my room, she stated we would have to leave on the 7th day for them to change the bedding. No change of bedding until the 7th day?? No coffee, no nothing. They use COVID as the excuse for doing absolutely nothing for their guests. I've been staying at other motels as well and I had my bedding changed every 3 days with hot breakfast every single day! Motel 6 in the ghetto of all motels. No ironing boards, No refridge, No microwave, 2 small soaps, No shampoo. And Motel 6 charges the same pricing as do their competitors who offer a lot more. And the receptionist this morning after asking questions was rude as well. Add a few more bucks daily and stay at a place that at least gives you COFFEE and a little bit more amenities. Motel 6 is behind times and need to catch up, amazing they are still operating.
