I feel bad that so many have been scammed by this terrible company. I too used to shop here. When a refund was seriously delayed, I wrote a letter to ShopHQ to complain. I received a call from a Manager's secretary to apologize. If they are flooded with letters from people, perhaps they will respond better (but I don't hold out any hope). It is best just not to order anything from them. Dr. Dubrow and his wife are ridiculous, greedy, greedy people and yes, I do agree with some of you that they must have a financial interest in the network. Shame on the long time hosts who choose to work there and deceive so many shoppers. How can they sleep at night? Zero stars if I could give it. User's recommendation: NEVER, EVER BUY FROM SHOPHQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
