I sent some of dead plants and shipping label in august for warranty they said I had to wait until Sept. I sent more dead twigs in march then they said they needed the orginal shipping label and a copy would not be sufficient . plants should be planted early spring not in the hot summer. $75.00 and not one plant that lived. forget about calling they dont answer terrible service. User's recommendation: buy local.
