Every order wrong and manager hung up on me 3 times

DMy order was wrong twice in 3 days. The second time everything was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager, wax on hold multiple times for 30 minutes and multiple call backs, to have a manager tell me like Steve Jobs said it best you cant make everyone happy all the time to hang up on me. Would not give me his name User's recommendation: Don’t go to Tupelo MS location.
