When you have an issue. They don’t care and won’t call you back. I left a message and emailed someone in the meter dept. I will not say there name in this complaint. They will not return any of my messages or email me back. They don’t care. I wish we have another choice for electric. I definitely would switch. Eversource has the worst customer service
