I have called and email Ticketmaster several times and for several days. I purchased tickets through them and accidentally made two purchases and wanted to see if they could cancel one of the orders, or refund my $$. No one has even responded or try to reach out to me. Even if they can't assist me, the least they could do is respond. I will never purchase any tickets from Ticketmaster ever again. jennifer.[protected]@bennettig.com
