the company is very deceptive in their charges and their guarantee's they have a 100% refund policy stated right on their website but you need to click on the policy and read the final detail that states the refund is only guaranteed for event that are canceled. the price they promote for tickets has nothing to do with the price you pay. Nowhere does it tell on their website what the fees are until you go through the whole process and they pop it up on a small side tab. Very deceptive and they have the highest fees for the same item as other websites which we found after purchasing the tickets. This is not a company I would ever recommend or use again.
