The decline in customer service at Boston Proper is really saddening. The service has gone out of business The Compassion has been put at the end of the line after cigarette breaks 2 and coffee I'm guessing the line of clothing the quality the lady who wrote The Long review is absolutely correct in everything she's thinking after going through a horrendous storm yesterday I called in couldn't find my card I called in we had no service we were told to evacuate in my mind the whole time I'm trying to pay for order that's in my cart and what is the lady from the customer service with her Northern accent and very rude non compassionate caring for others it was so obvious she didn't give a rat's *** if Boston Proper sells anything she just said I'm sorry the code expired on Tuesday and I can help you when we evacuated Tuesday and today is Thursday so I really did try !btw! My order total was $646 without shipping or anything you lose b****
