Needed to cancel due to EU restrictions for US citizens but was charged $75 cancelation fee.Amount will be refunded to my credit card within 1-2 business days.One travel charged a fee of $25 when I did original booking plus $70 when I canceled which is a bit overrated.I was not able to speak to customer service representative due to high volume.I was on hold twice for over an hour.Used online form to initiate cancellation which worked. User's recommendation: High fees.
