On December 5 2008 i bought a 38 gun from American jewelry & gun located on 3095 S military trail in Lake Worh Florida. I filled out the application and was told by the girl who works there that it may take a day or a two before i get an approval, because it seems like my approval was held for some reason . I was fine with that, i paid $ 452.30 cents its been close to 2 weeks and there still no answer. The owner of the store Garry Brenardo, was afraid to lose the sale, and tried to talk me into taking the gun home with out the approval(pending approval) and if i get rejected i will need to bring back the gun with an officer of the law. I found it to be a total idiotic...why would i take a gun home and bring it back...so i decided to to get my money back.i went there Saturday and asked for my money back, and GARRY BERNARDO gave me a hard time and told me to come back, while words were exchanged he insulted me for not BEEN APPROVED ON THE SPOT, and bragged about his airplane and said he will piss on us the regular people while he was flying, funny while i was there saw him buying jewelry from some crack head without them presenting any ID nor did he asked them for one. i came back Tuesday and i sent my girlfriend there who has a Florida legal permit, he harassed her, and told her he will send FBI to her house to see if she selling me any guns, he insulted her and she fears for her well been.
