Unbelievable organization. We purchased a toll free number from etollfree 6 weeks ago. At that time we ordered an auto attendant for a cost of $89. At that time we were billed for that service. last week (6 weeks later) we called to discover why our number did not have an auto attendant, why the number got all circuits busy all the time, why the number rang open and never went to voicemail. At this time they finally put our auto attendant together and then changed us $49 + invoiced us for $111. This is a phone number we have NEVER used! When we called to dispute these charges, the owner yelled at us, cussed at us! Told us we were not worth his time and he was not going to listen to our MFing ***, wasting his time on the phone! Seriously! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. Robert Wilson, Owner, is a fraud and simply a ***.
