I purchased this phone service for mom... she's 92 with Dementia. Received an email regarding an attempted change on her account. Called to find out what happened was told they couldn't help unless I had the password. *** it's been a while since I set this up don't remember, however I have all information other than that to prove who I am and who she is. They tell me no go unless she calls to verify. What part of 92 w/Dementia is not understood? Pain in the behind...unless you enjoy torment find another way.
