These guys are professional con artists. - Bought my insurance and had my first claims. Took them 3 weeks to get back to me and by then I had to get it fixed from the apple store and they denied - second time, my phone had water damamge, took them a few days to respond and got my deductable payment and after that didn't respond for a week . By then it was too late. I filed a claim with my credit card.
