We had Castle Windows come out to our house to give us an estimate on replacement windows and, after arriving early for our appointment and threatening to leave before our appointed time, they refused to give me a quote because I said I wouldn't be making a decision that day and would, obviously, need to discuss the estimate with my wife. The estimator actually said that if I hadn't mentioned talking to my wife he would have stayed to give me a quote. User's recommendation: Definitely would NOT recommend.
