They charged me for an “estimated reading” that was almost eight times the amount of gas that I actually used for the month. Then, when I tried to call their customer service line, they said it would be 7-10 minutes, but I was on hold for an hour before I just gave up. It’s disgusting that they’re able to overcharge their customers based on nonsense “estimations”.
