This company held an Estate Sale for my Mother moving out of her house. Spoke with me one week after sale, stating he would be sending itemized list and check for $1500.00. Never saw it and now refused phone calls and emails. Police won't to anything, BBB couldn't do anything. I have contacted numerous agencies, and no one seems to be able to or care to doing anything about this company ripping off he elderly. I could go to small claims court, but I would be on the losing end by paying all the court and serving fees, only to have him still refuse to pay judgement. There's no enforcement of the court ruling.
