I used this site as a last resort for an essay when I became overwhelmed during a week of heavy testing in college. The essay I recieved was complete garbage, the English was so poor it was simple appalling. Because of this, I had it revised, over THREE times and it was still horrible. Finally after receiving an F because I was unable to turn it in (because it was so poor) and three revision attempts I finally contacted support as I wanted my money back. WELL. Don't ask for your money back because they came up with every excuse in the book as to why they could not give me a refund, even though it is guaranteed on their site. It is two weeks after my paper was do, and I am still fighting with them to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
