Espresso Machine – paid and got it back just as broken as when i sent it

I called Breville as my BES870XL espresso machine stopped working, no pressure, they trouble shooted it and said it had to be sent to factory. I packed it in its original box, it took a couple of weeks and then i got a notice that it was fixed and being shipped back to me. I paid for this mind you. I get the machine back and does not work, does not work! Did they not test it, did they not do anything to it?! i have been emailing for days no reply i have been calling support hotline get put on hold for long time, elect call back feature and no one has called me back after more than a day what they just dont care? again mind you i paid them
