I m already a customer of Jawwy and i have ordered a new esim, The delivery guy from Jawwy came to me and he asked me to scratch after i am unable to Scan QR CODE in my mobile. Then i asked him its not working that he didn't reply me and run away. Now i am requesting to Jawwy this issue happened and i have already pair 28.75 please send me the new code so they are saying you need to order again and pay again. How come i should pay again ?
