Errors with the servers EVERY SINGLE payday

If I try to process payroll on Thursday for Friday, the servers are so slow and stall out and I have to keep logging back in. I try to process it Wednesday night to get ahead of the game. Processed over half the payroll, then it just stopped responding. I called for help and after holding for 1 hour, gave up.. User's recommendation: Find any other payroll provider. Their servers are horrendous.
