Let me say one thing I am disappointed in Berlin city service. I called yesterday spoke to a lady who did not seem to care at all. My daughter has a 2009 Chrysler Town & country van It had a manufactor defect to ignition module. I had to call the corporation itself and they will cover part of the cost. I feel the whole cost should be covered because it is a DEFECT not a wear &tear problem. Chrysler you really need to change your customer outlook.I am pleased with the results somewhat but feel it should be covered 100%.
