I'm a manager at Burger King. I always go there because is closer my location and they were always very friendly. But for some reason lately the manager Erica or however she is, The very unprofessional lady told me she wasn't going to give me change. In my opinion if your not ready for your customers y'all should take the job more serious and get there early. Erica is always unfriendly and is always mad. I told her we had already complain and she still didn't care. How come the bank located in Garland never complains?. I felt like Richardson is being raises because she ignores me and takes other customers while i'm still in the front talking to her. Im pretty sure she needs my deposits. Just the way i need change.
