EReceipt loading trouble

Since having the app in December, I have never been able to load the receipts and transactions from my Gmail account to my fetch app. I have tried the recommended steps multiple times in order for my Gmail to be processed correctly, but its never worked at all. Im just trying to get my Gmail connected so I can stop missing out on points
