Equipment began to fail days after installation and when it quit, all we have gotten is lies for going on two weeks.

My wife has many painful health problems. I am recovering from a broken neck. My wife ordered an "Easy Climber" from information on line. When the equipment was installed, the installer gave us a business card. Days later we started having problems. The local number on the business card went to voice mail with no return call. The email on the card does not exist. The out of state phone number answered, but all we got was a lot of guff. The chair quit. After over a week, we are still getting lies about when someone will be here to fix it. The only person matching the description on the business car is not an installer and lives in Texas. The Business address on the card is in Lakewood, Colorado. That office is currently for lease. The actual business is in Virginia. It is no wonder they keep feeding us bull. Who knows who they really are or where.
