CUSTOMER #: 4381123 PRODUCT NAME: Equinox DaynNight Serum and CUSTOMER #: 4381111 PRODUCT NAME: RVTL Anti-aging I had cancelled the original and received reimbursement BUT they took another amount from my account and I have tried to contact them several times i.e. as below Received on 30/10/2015 Dear Elizabeth Holmes, We are pleased to inform you that your refund has been issued in the amount of 95.00 The amount will reflect on your statement within 5 business days. If you have any query, please do not be reluctant to contact us from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Sincerely yours, Customer Support Team [protected] ALSO RECEIVED ON 30/10/2015 Dear Elizabeth Holmes, We are pleased to inform you that your refund has been issued in the amount of 89.00 The amount will reflect on your statement within 5 business days.If you have any query, please do not be reluctant to contact us from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Sincerely yours, Customer Support Team [protected] Then on the 3rd November we replied Sirs, I thank you for the refund of £95.00 and £89.00 paid into my credit card account. BUT I mentioned the other amounts of £95.93 and £99.91 deducted on 23rd October, I see that there is no mention of these amounts in your reply, I presume that you will also be refund these amounts to me? Also are you going to supply return labels for the items that I received last week?
