I tried Epage Listing for 3 weeks with a very similar result. Each morning I would follow up with each applicant via phone or email depending on what was provided. Most of the applicants had already purchased or had no interest in buying/selling real estate. Quite often none of the information provided was valid. In our current market many companies are advertising quality leads but very few are actually able to deliver any of substance. Epage Listing has no problem with sending more names but more of nothing is still nothing. Given the experience I had with Epage Listing, I would not recommend anyone using their service.
