Eobi bank statement not provided inspite of several requests

1) A written request for providing EOBI Statement of Account was submitted at Gulistan e Jauhar Branch Code No. 0017 on 29th June 2021, duly received with an official receiving stamp. 2) the details of the request was as follows: EOBI CARD NO. [protected] PENSIONER'S NAME: MUHAMMAD SHAKILUR RAHMAN PENSIONER'S CNIC NO. [protected] 1 PERIOD OF STATEMENT FROM 01-03-2019 TO 31-05-2021 3) I was told to collect the statement within three to four days 4) I approached the branch several times but could not enter the branch due to Covid -19 rush. 5) At last I succeeded to enter the branch on 22-07-2021 and met One Manager / Officer Mr. Tariq Usmani. he checked e-mails sent to Bank AlFalah (BAF) Head Office and informed me that BAF Head Office has not responded as yet. He also sent a reminder to BAF Head Office on 22-07-2021. Please instruct your Gulistan e Jauhar branch to give a bank statement for the required period.
