Entrance complaint

Bought tickets for universal and volcano bay. Drove for four hours with two kids in the car to be told at the entrance that park was at full capacity. Spend another four hours to drive home. Can someone pls contact me at 561951**** as I want to file a complaint User's recommendation: Do not buy tickets that can be used for the rest of 2020. Your ad is misleading.
