entire experience was terrible

On Mother's Day 2019, My family went to Logan's as we had done many times before. We had 10 people in our party. We waited more than an hour to be seated. The hostess was stressed which came across as impolite, not warm and inviting. The waitress was also very busy and gave many excuses for the bad food and long wait times. I ordered an appetizer of chips and queso which arrived over cooked, looked burnt, I asked for it to be replaced. Several people in our group wanted to order Ribs, which we were told they were out of stock. So everyone ordered other food items. The food quality was very poor, no one in our group was satisfied with their food. There were several empty tables and people were being told to wait. Seemed as if they were shorthanded. We had to wait a very long time to get our food. I guess the kitchen was shorthanded too. We tried to make the best of it but the restaurant looked dirty and worn and the staff seemed unorganized. We then had to wait for a long time again so that we could pay and after we went outside everyone in our group stated that they did not enjoy the experience we just had. Then to top it all off I found out that I was charged twice on my bank card for the food. Guess I will have to seek a refund for one of them. I paid $120.00 for 2 people for an experience we did not enjoy our meal was $60.00. I am writing this because I would like to see the management improve the cleanliness, the food, and the overall experience for all customers. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this store a failing grade of 4. Please make improvements then we will try it again.
