I ordered shoes in shopee last December 17 and seller shipped out the item on December 18 then I check the shipping information and the status is "Enroute to sorting hub" I check it everyday and there's no changes until now, it takes 5 days and until now there's no update. I already communicate to the Costumer Service of Ninjavan last week they said that they will prioritize my order but until now my order is still "Enroute to sorting hub". I need to receive my order today December 23. The service is very poor.
