Enrollment problem
I changed my enrollment from plan to select plus, during enrollment period. I received confirmation letter and id card confirming proof. When i called for one of the services, I was told that i was not enrolled in in that program. I therefore had to renroll in the same program,again. it took 4 hours of my day to try to get an answer as to why this happened. I have not yet receive a valid answer. Customer service is very poor. i reenrolled january 19.2021. my documents are dated 01/01/2021. Very strange
