Enquiry bout parcel

Hi, Ive been getting these notifications above an abnormal delivery notification. Can I know where is my parcel located at now? And if yes, can I request the parcel be located at one of your offices. So that I could picked it up at the postal office myself. Its been some days and the item is urgent. The above mentioned parcel is under the tracking number of 640040****73. Please reply ASAP. Thank you.
