Engineer failed to turn up

Dear sir or madam. I am writing on behalf of my 95 year old neighbour. Mrs D Armes residing at 27. Bullfields. Sawbridgeworth. Herts. CM219 DF. Home care number, 911000****826. An arrangement for your.. engineer visit by British Gas was for Sunday 20 th September the engineer phoned in the said day and said he couldn't make it that day and arranged for the boiler service to be carried out on Tuesday 29th September . There has been no information coming from your good selves since Sunday the 20th. This lady cleared access for the inspection dates and at 95years old was no mean feat. She has been a customer for 73 years. I certainly think you should show more respect for your loyal customers. Could you therefore please book another day for this service to be carried out. I await a reply from this mail ASOP on my email address or your preference may be to call me on 01279 72**** or 0759531**** Hoping to restore faith in your company.
